Deep Thoughts...
Do you ever feel like you have to do everything and there is no time to do anything? I feel like that a lot now being in school. I want to do all my homework ahead of time so that I can play with Darcy and do some extra things like sewing or filming things that aren't for a project but I think the house has to be clean before I do anything. I watched a film tonight in my documentary editing class about four marines who have served in Iraq or Afghanistan and their struggles and issues they have with living a normal life after being in combat. I just realized that I have it pretty good and if I don't get my scrapbooking up to date then it's not the end of the world. This is more like a journal entry than a blog post but here it is. I think we can all show more appreciation to those who served in any war because they deserve it and they were and are fighting for us to have a better, safer life, even if there were a lot of mistakes made in the process. So next time you meet a veteran, tell them thanks for their service, I'm sure it will be appreciated.
If anyone is interested in the film it is called Reserved To Fight.
Check out the website for local listings. It is a great story that needs to be told.

I always feel like I have tons to do and no time to do it. I guess that's what comes of having a full time job, and a part time business. :)
I have a really good friend that was in the marines. He went to Iraq twice. It puts a whole new perspective on things when you know someone personally that was/is over there.
good entry :)
its a good reminder!
